Check in & Check Out

Check-In Time: 2:00 PM onwards.
Check-Out Time: By 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Please notify us in advance if you plan to arrive outside of our standard check-in hours.
A pre-authorised refundable security deposit of INR 3000 will be charged at the time of check-in which will be duly voided at check-out.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Booking:
- Cancellations made up to 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be charged for the first night of the stay.
- No-shows or early departures will be charged for the entire stay.
Non-Refundable Booking: No refunds will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.

Smoking Policy

Radha House, Siolim is a smoke-free property.
Smoking is prohibited inside all rooms and indoor areas.
Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
A cleaning fee of INR 5000 will be charged if this policy is violated.

Pet Policy

We regret to inform you that pets are not permitted at Radha House, Siolim.
This policy is in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.
We kindly request that guests make alternative arrangements for their pets during their stay.
Any violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and possible cancellation of the reservation without refund.

House Rules

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the comfort of other guests.
Parties or events are not allowed without prior approval.
The number of guests in a room should not exceed the maximum occupancy stated at the time of booking.
The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the property and will be duly reported to with the respective government departments.

Taxes & Fees

All room rates are subject to applicable taxes as per the government regulations.
Any additional services (e.g., meals, transportation) may be subject to service charges and taxes.
A detailed invoice will be provided at check-out.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
All personal information collected during your stay will be used solely for booking, billing, and providing services.
We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Liability

Radha House, Siolim is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay.
Guests are advised to take care of their valuables and use the safety deposit boxes provided in the rooms.
Guests will be liable for charges / payments for any damages caused by them at Radha House.

Environmental Policy

We strive to be eco-friendly. Please help us by conserving water and electricity during your stay.
Towels and linens will be changed every third day unless otherwise requested.
